Trinity At City Beach offers a full service catering experience, including hosting your event at our beautiful location on the sandy shores of Lake Pend Oreille, with the majestic Cabinet Mountains providing a breath taking vista above the lake.

Trinity At City Beach can cater almost any event, including weddings, birthdays, business luncheons, holiday parties and more. With the ability to customize menus to taste and preferences, Trinity At City Beach will provide your event with a premium catering experience.

Buffets and Bars are for groups of 25-100 guests, based upon availability.  In addition to the per person price, One Cook per 30 guests will be required to prepare and run buffets and bars, please see staffing prices below.

Custom Menus

A Custom Menu can be designed for groups of one to hundreds. Allow our Executive Chef to create a menu inspired by the theme of your event or your palate.  We will work intimately with you to create a one-of-a-kind event for any occasion from a romantic dinner for two to a business luncheon or a wedding reception.  Our only limitation is your imagination!

Libations, Beer & Wine

TCB has a full-bar, noteworthy wine list and extensive beer selection, all of which are available daily, on-premise.  Alcoholic beverage selections can be limited for your on-premise event, if necessary.  Off-premise, TCB can cater beer, wine, specialty cocktails and/or a full bar for groups of 8-150 guests.  Pricing depends upon selections and quantity; our events coordinator will work with you and your budget to choose a beverage menu unique to your event.

Staffing

TCB can provide staff for your off-premise or catering facility event at the following per person/per hour rates:

Bartender        $25/hour
(1 Bartender per 40-50 guests for ease and efficiency of service)
Food Server        $15/hour
(1 Food Server per 30-40 guests for ease and efficiency of service)
Cocktail Server    $15/hour
(1 Cocktail Server per 30-40 guests for ease and efficiency of service)
Busser            $10/hour
(1 Busser per 50-60 guests for ease and efficiency of service)
Chef            $25/hour
(Suggested # of Chefs will be based upon the event menu)
Cook            $15/hour
(Suggested # of Cooks will be based upon the event menu)
Dishwasher        $10/hour
(Suggested # of Dishwashers will be based upon the event menu)

Rentals

TCB can rent any equipment or service ware necessary for your event or refer you to a local rental company. Please inquire about rentals when booking your event; prices depend upon the items and amount of items needed.

Referrals

TCB has relationships with many local businesses from florists and bakers to musicians and rental companies; we would be happy to recommend additional service providers for your event needs.

Additional Fees

All catering events incur the following charges in addition to the per person prices, staffing needs, rentals and alcoholic beverage costs.
Idaho State Sales Tax: 6%    &    Gratuity: 20%
